Our company has its own plum orchard. We grow Wakasa’s special plum; Benisashi Ume, and make plum wine called Umeshu. We make additive free and fragrance free umeshu.
We have many varieties of umeshu so we are sure you can find your favorite from our products.
Wakasa is the biggest plum resource on the west coast of Japan. The primary plum grown in Wakasa is Benisashi.
Benisashi are just 1% of the plums distributed in Japan. You can say that it’s a rare variety of plum.
We make special products made from special materials.
